Returns and Refunds

Please review the frequently asked questions for returns and refunds:


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: We will gladly refund you the money paid for the item, excluding shipping costs, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, no exceptions. Buyer pays for return shipping costs.

The items must be in the original unused condition to qualify for the refund. If the item shows damage or signs of being used, no refund will be issued.

Items excluded from the return and refund policy are all the custom made leather items. The leather items are made to order, please make sure that you have measured your dog properly.
